By accessing our website, submitting a form, purchasing services, or enrolling in programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Services overview
Webiuni provides professional digital and educational services, including but not limited to:
- Website, app, CMS, and custom software development
- UI/UX design, branding, and creative production
- Digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and funnel optimization
- E-commerce store setup and management across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and related platforms
- SEO, technical SEO, and keyword strategy
- CRM setup, chatbot integration, and AI-assisted marketing workflows
- Academy tutoring, academic programs, professional courses, and live language or religious education classes
Scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and billing for paid work are defined in proposals, order forms, service agreements, or enrollment confirmations.
Client and customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback needed to deliver services.
- Ensure you have rights to any content, credentials, accounts, or materials you supply to us.
- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials we provide.
- Use services lawfully and in accordance with applicable policies.
- Pay invoices and enrollment fees according to agreed schedules.
Confidentiality and data protection
Webiuni treats personal information, mobile information, and project-related information as confidential. We do not share or sell this information to third parties, affiliates, or marketing partners. Information you provide is kept by Webiuni for service delivery, support, and quality assurance, and is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
Project-related materials — including credentials, briefs, brand assets, communications, and account access — remain under Webiuni's care for the duration of the engagement and are handled only by authorized personnel.
Project delivery and revisions
For custom development, design, marketing, and related client services, deliverables, revision rounds, approval steps, and launch responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Delays caused by missing assets, delayed feedback, or third-party platform restrictions may affect timelines.
Academy programs
Enrollment in tutoring, courses, bootcamps, intensives, and live class programs is also governed by our Academy Enrollment Terms and the Academy sections of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Webiuni retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, templates, tools, and methodologies. Client deliverables transfer according to the applicable project agreement, typically upon full payment. Website content, branding, and materials published by Webiuni may not be copied or reused without permission.
Payments
Fees, billing schedules, and payment methods are specified at checkout, in proposals, or in enrollment confirmations. Late or failed payments may pause work, suspend access to programs, or terminate services.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
Webiuni LLC ("Webiuni") operates an SMS/text messaging program for customers, prospects, and Academy participants who choose to opt in.

Messages may include project updates, appointment reminders, enrollment notices, billing alerts, and related service communications.
How to opt in
You may opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our Contact or Start a Service forms and providing a mobile number, or through other opt-in methods we disclose at the point of collection.
